Do not use this site or agreed services for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, malware, unauthorised access or infringement of another person’s rights. Obtain the necessary permission for content, personal data and systems supplied for a project.
Human oversight of AI
AI-assisted content, automation and recommendations require appropriate human review. Check accuracy, permissions, bias and suitability before relying on outputs. Do not place passwords, confidential client material or sensitive personal data into an AI tool without appropriate authorisation and safeguards.
Security and access
Use strong authentication, grant only the access needed for agreed work, and remove access when it is no longer required. Agree backup, update, incident reporting and maintenance responsibilities in the project scope. No technology or provider can promise absolute security.
Responsible vulnerability reporting
Report suspected security issues privately to info@blackshepherd.co.ke with enough non-sensitive detail to understand the concern. Do not access another person’s data, interrupt services, publish secrets or perform destructive testing. This page does not grant permission to test systems.
Clear demonstrations
The rotating globe shows listed service markets, not live customer activity or proof of offices in every country. The animated AI scene is a visual demonstration, not a connected AI assistant. Concept imagery and captured website previews should be understood in that context.
