When you submit an enquiry, we receive the contact details and project information you enter so we can respond and discuss the requested work. Avoid sending passwords, payment PINs, identity documents or sensitive personal information through general enquiry forms.
Location and language features
You can choose a market manually. The optional location button asks your browser for permission; coordinates are used on your device to position the globe and are not sent by this feature to Black Shepherd. A device-region suggestion is an estimate, not verified physical location. Translation is optional and supplied by Google; enabling it connects to Google and may set its own cookies.
Hosting, security and third parties
Hosting and website infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs and browser details. Existing embedded content, analytics or linked services may process data under their own notices. Contact us for details relevant to your enquiry or project; a signed project agreement may specify additional processors and retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may request information about personal data held about you, access or correction, object to processing, or request deletion where applicable. Contact info@blackshepherd.co.ke with your request. We may need to verify identity proportionately before releasing personal information. Applicable legal and contractual retention requirements may affect a request.
