Default user name:admin, password :admin. The default IP address is 192.168.1.88. But now the camera uses DHCP by default. When your camera is connected to any network, its IP address will change with.
Q:What should I do if I forgot the camera password?
If you forget your password. You can use the “search tool” to search the camera IP address on the LAN. And restore the password. Or hold down the reset button on the tail of the camera for about 10 seconds. Restore the camera to the factory value.

Q:What micro card do I use?
This camera supports up to 256GB micro SD cards with FAT32 format and Class 10 read & write speed.We recommend using 128GB
Q:How to calculate the SD card storage time?
According to the default bit rate (6144 Kbps), 64GB SD can continue to store for about 1-2 days. 128GB is about 2-3 days. 256GB about 4-5 days.
However, the bit rate of the IP camera changes from the speed of the network and the meticulousness of the screen. So we often recommend using alarm storage. In this way, the SD card can continue to store it longer.
Q:Can this camera connect to the NVR of other brands?
YES ,As long as the NVR supports onvif and can support the resolution of the camera. If NVR cannot display camera images. So please pay attention to check whether the NVR and camera’s ONVIF port number is consistent. Whether the IP address gateway is consistent.
Q:Can the POE version camera use other ordinary NVR instead of POE NVR?
Yes. POE version camera can use POE NVR. You can also use other ordinary NVR. But when using other ordinary NVR, you need to provide a power supply device for the POE camera alone.
Q:Can the POE version camera use the DC12V power adapter?
Yes. The POE version camera has a spare DC12V interface. You can connect the DC12V power supply.
Q:Can the WiFi version camera use the network cable?
The WiFi camera can connect to the WiFi signal. It can also use the network cable to directly connect to the router
Q:WiFi version camera. Why is sometimes ipcam-xxx this hot spots cannot be displayed?
If the camera is connected to the network cable. Or you have set a WiFi signal once. Then the hotspot of IPCAM-XXX may disappear. If you use the reset button of the camera. Hot spots will appear again.
Q:Is the lens of this camera optical zoom or digital zoom? Is it automatic focus?
It is 2.7-13.5mm 5x optical zoom lens. During the zoom, the lens will be automatically focused. No need to focus manually.
Q:Why can’t the automatic tracking and cruise line be opened at the same time?
The automatic tracking function of the 5x lens is opened through the motherboard. Use APP.
But the cruise line is through the PTZ control board.
They are two different control systems. So please don’t use them at the same time.
